Liz Hatter first joined Veritas as an intern during the 2016 legislative session after earning her degree from Boise State University. Following her internship, she continued with Veritas to support various political campaigns. After a brief relocation to North Carolina with her husband, an Air Force fighter pilot, Liz returned to the firm full-time in 2019 and became a partner in 2023.

At Veritas, Liz works closely with clients on a broad range of policy areas, including healthcare, agriculture, and business regulation. Her expertise encompasses issues affecting local businesses, agriculture, occupational licensure, and financial institutions. 

 

Known for her intelligence, energy, and exceptional research skills, Liz brings meticulous attention to detail and a deep sense of integrity to every project. She is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with lawmakers and advancing sound policy throughout the State of Idaho.

 

Liz lives in Boise with her husband, their son, and their chocolate Labrador. Together, they enjoy exploring Idaho’s great outdoors—hiking, running, and keeping up with their active toddler.
